At falorina, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help with a straightforward return process.
▶ Return Periods
Change of Mind: You may return unworn items within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Faulty or Incorrect Item: Contact us within 30 days. We will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
▶ Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- With all tags and packaging.
- With proof of purchase.
- Sale items cannot be returned.

- Check “Order History”.
- Select items and choose a reason.
- Pack, label, and drop off at carrier.
▶ Refunds
Processing: 3–5 business days after inspection.
Method: Returned to original payment method.
Bank processing may add extra time.
▶ Special Circumstances
Non-Delivery: Contact us within 24 hours.
Refused Package: Refund after return. Shipping not refunded.
Unauthorized Returns: May be refused.
